The Sustaining Sister program allows for donors to schedule recurring donations to Theta Phi Alpha Foundation: monthly, quarterly, or annually. Recurring giving helps sisters to contribute regularly, even when unable to attend an event. Additionally, you can plan your tax-deductible donation easily and accurately. We currently have several options for recurring giving:
- You may authorize regularly-scheduled donations to come from your bank account monthly by completing this form. Send the completed form to [email protected] with “Sustaining Sister” in the header or mail it to National Office.
- NEW! You may authorize a payment via a credit or debit card via the Member Portal and choose the timing option that works for you.
A receipt of your donation will be emailed to you for your records. Thank you!
