Theta Phi Alpha’s Leadership Consultants (LC) are representatives of the Fraternity who work with collegiate chapters, alumnae associations and emerging chapters throughout the academic year. They travel to our sisters to help with recruitment, officer training and provide guidance and support. The LC program is funded in part by a grant from the Theta Phi Alpha Foundation.
We want you to get the most out of your LC visit! Please fill out all forms and reports on time so we know exactly when you would like your consultant visit. In order for us to gather information on the kind of visit you are looking for we have changed the structure of our consultant visits to better meet your individual chapter needs. Listed below you will see a link to the LC Visit Descriptions. Take a look at the visit descriptions to get a better idea of the type of visit our consultants can offer your chapter. The Consultant Evaluation Report is due 15 days after the end of the LC visit.
Think you have what it takes to hit the road as a LC? Being a LC is a once in a lifetime experience! Not only do you travel all over the U.S., you make valuable relationships with collegiates and alumnae as well as cultivating valuable leadership, management and communication skills. Every LC receives training prior to her travels as well as visiting the National Office to familiarize yourself with our chapters and procedures.
