2016 National Convention Updates
The 2016 Theta Phi Alpha National Convention is just months away and we have lots of new updates to pass along to help you prepare for your time in St. Louis. Visit the website to download the new Convention Mailer (http://www.thetaphialpha.org/convention-2016) which includes: Proposed Amendments and Additions to Theta Phi Alpha’s National Constitution & Bylaws and to Ritual; Convention Pricing; Delegate/Alternate Delegate Designation; Election Slate; Convention Speaker biographies; National Awards information; Foundation Raffles and Events; and White Rose Bouquet Sponsorships.

National Award Applications Open
Now is the time to begin applying for the national awards given at Convention. The new online applications and letter of recommendation forms are available at: http://www.ThetaPhiAlpha.org/awards-forms. This year, all forms are electronic - binders and paper applications have been eliminated! Also new this year, winning chapters and associations will be given take home trophies to keep that won’t need to be engraved or shipped back. All award winners from 2014 should polish, engrave, and ship back their previous awards to National Office by April 30, 2016 for the archives. Welcome, Delta Eta Chapter!
The Grand Council is thrilled to announce that February 13-14, 2016, the Delta Eta Chapter of Theta Phi Alpha was installed at Salem State University, Salem, MA. 46 collegians were initiated as members of Theta Phi Alpha during this installation event. Jennifer Klug, National Vice President-Alumnae attended as the initiating and installing office. Special thanks to Delta Delta, Delta Epsilon, and Beta Psi Chapters, and other collegians and alumnae who attended in support of the event making the initiation and installation welcoming to our new sisters.
